PivotPoint Solutions provides a fully supported toolset for analyzing and

Call Record Database (CRD)
Advanced Extract/Transform/Load (ETL) algorithms are employed to mine call
record data from PDE Logs, BSA files, MPC Logs and Test Probes for storage
within the CRD. Optimally, PDE files are loaded on a daily basis into the
CRD and made available immediately for analysis through the Client Portal.
Performance Monitoring Tool (PMT)
The PMT is an AGPS performance and analysis tool with enhanced features for
instant on-line access to call records, automated updates, call failure
resolution and BSA optimization. This tool provides managers with a
high-level overview of system performance while allowing engineers to
drill down to problem areas and resolve issues. Key features of the PMT are:

Accuracy Analysis Reporting (AAR)
The AAR portion of the Client Portal connects users to the accuracy and
reporting engine within the Business Model Server. This tool serves as

Location Accuracy Variance Analysis (LAVA)
PivotPoint Solutions offers a predictive modeling solution capable of using
subscriber call results to track variations in accuracy estimates from an
empirically established baseline accuracy. This solution provides Maintenance
Testing capability to augment periodic empirical testing.
